Who we are

GrowMargin is a profit calculation tool for independent ecommerce sellers, built and operated by KaushikDigitalStudio. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at piyush.kaushik02@gmail.com.

What data we collect

• Account data: Your name, email address, and profile photo, provided when you sign in via Google.
• Profile preferences: Business name, logo, and currency symbol, if you choose to set them in your account settings.
• Saved calculations: Calculator inputs you choose to save (selling price, costs, platform fees). These are stored against your account.
• Payment records: Your payment amount, currency, and timestamp. We do not store card numbers or full payment details — these are handled entirely by our payment processor.
• Usage analytics: Anonymised page view data. No personal identifiers are included.

What we do not collect

• We do not collect passwords — authentication is handled entirely by your Google account.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We do not track you across other websites.
• We do not serve advertising of any kind.

How we use your data

• To create and manage your account.
• To store and retrieve your saved calculations across sessions.
• To verify your payment and activate or maintain your access to GrowMargin.
• To display your business name, logo, and currency in reports and exports, if set.

Third-party services

GrowMargin uses the following categories of third-party service providers to operate. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Authentication and database provider — handles sign-in and stores your account data and saved calculations securely.
• Payment processor — handles all payment transactions. Card and financial data is never sent to our servers.
• Hosting and analytics provider — serves the application and collects anonymised usage statistics.

Data retention

Your account data and saved calculations are stored for as long as your account exists. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at piyush.kaushik02@gmail.com and we will remove it within 14 days.

Your rights
